Work on our new gluten-free super site has begun. It is REALLY exciting!
I really want your suggestions about how I can make our online community unique.There are a number of other wonderful gluten-free communities out there already. I don’t want to just be another one. I want to make our own contribution. What would YOU do? What can we do to help YOU?
Our list of gluten-free food products is already well into the hundreds and growing fast. Web designers are feverishly at work developing a design like no other gluten-free site on the planet. If all goes as planned, it’s going to be beautiful AND functional. One of the most important things we have told the programmers, is that it has to be intuitive and easy to use.
Do any of you have any articles or materials you have written that you would like us to consider using? If so, please send them to me now at jensglutenfree@gmail.com . I have hired a writer who is working on original articles, but I would love to give you, our readers, a chance to showcase your work.
Are there any topics or information you would like us to research and write about? Here’s your chance! Free research. We are doing it anyway, so I’m happy to assign topics you ask for to our writer. Please let me know asap.

I think it would benifit lots of people if we could find out about our medications easily, brand and generic. As a heart bypass patient I am on a lot of meds. Recently I found out that my diuretic had gluten in it and was causing some of my stomach aches. The Drs have no idea and lots of pharmacists aren’t up to date either. Luckily my pharmacist at Was-Mart was.
It’s not always about food.
There are still some controversies on certain products such as vinegar etc.
